THE OLD LADY OF BANDIPUR

A FACE THAT TELLS THE STORIES OF A TIME

 WHEN NEPAL WAS SECLUDED FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD! 

I was climbing down a steep path from a hill-top temple above Bandipur

 - an old trading town on the trade route between India and Tibet -

 when I met the old lady heading up. 

It was one of those encounters that stay with you for a while... 

especially now that I have her picture taken.

Editing my photography in battery modus may not be the best

but this face just tells so many stories by itself that not much more is needed!
